Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of aigopilot.com, the AigoPilot desktop app and the plugins in its Marketplace. "We", "us" and "AigoPilot", where they mean the party to this agreement, mean Doment Digital FZE LLC. By creating an account, buying a plan or buying a plugin, you agree to them. If you use AigoPilot for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

Who we are

AigoPilot is sold and operated by Doment Digital FZE LLC, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence 4431328.01. Our registered address is Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

When you buy a plan, your contract is with Doment Digital FZE LLC. Questions about these terms or your account go to info@aigopilot.com. Payments are taken by Stripe (section 2). A payment through Stripe appears on your card statement as AIGOPILOT.COM. Some plans were bought earlier through Paddle. For those purchases, our order process was conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for them.

1. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, because anyone who can sign in to it can reach your AigoPilot account and your billing page. Tell us straight away at info@aigopilot.com if you think someone else has used it.

2. Plans and billing

Purchases are currently available only to customers in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Iceland, Norway, Qatar, Kuwait, Argentina and Costa Rica. For these countries the payment is taken by Stripe. New purchases of plans and plugins (section 16) are available only in these eighteen countries and are processed by Stripe. Purchases from other locations are currently closed for tax reasons. We decide where you are buying from by your network location, the country of your card and your billing address. A free code from us works from any country.

• AigoPilot is sold in two plans: a yearly subscription at $49 USD per year, or a lifetime plan at $99 USD paid once. Prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply.
• For the yearly plan, payment is taken when you subscribe and again at the start of each new year. The yearly plan renews automatically until you cancel it.
• The lifetime plan is a single payment. It does not renew and you are not charged again.
• Any sales tax or VAT that we are required to collect is shown at checkout. Where local law requires you or your bank or payment provider to account for tax on imported digital services, that tax may be charged separately or must be declared and paid by you as required by that law. For a purchase through Paddle, Paddle shows it at checkout, inside the price or added to it as the law of your country requires, and Paddle charges and pays it.
• If we change the yearly price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you prefer.
• If a yearly renewal payment fails, Stripe or Paddle will try again for a short time. If it still fails, your subscription ends.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel the yearly plan at any time from the Billing page of your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. The lifetime plan has nothing to cancel, because it never renews. A Social Studio subscription is cancelled on its own page of your account, as section 16 describes.

4. Refunds

Plans paid through Paddle. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. The refund is made by Paddle, under Paddle's refund policy, and our Refund Policy says how to ask.

Plans paid through Stripe. If you change your mind, write to info@aigopilot.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (the first yearly payment, or the lifetime payment) and we refund it in full. After 14 days, payments are not refundable. We give one refund per customer. A renewal of the yearly plan is not refundable; you can cancel the renewal at any time before it happens, as section 3 describes. A refund ends your licence at once on every computer where you use AigoPilot. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law where you live does not allow to be limited. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to info@aigopilot.com and we will look into it. Section 16 says how refunds apply to plugin purchases.

5. Getting the app

Two days after your purchase, we email your download link to the address on your account. AigoPilot runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. It works through the official command-line tools of Claude Code, Codex and Grok, which you install and sign in to yourself.

6. Your license

While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AigoPilot for your own work and your own business. You may not:

• sell, rent, share or give away the app or your access to it;
• copy, decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this regardless of what we say;
• get around its licensing or access controls;
• use it to break the law, to send spam, or to harm other people or systems.

AigoPilot and everything in it belong to us. With the yearly plan, your license ends when your subscription ends. A lifetime license does not expire.

7. Other services you connect

AigoPilot lets you work with services that are not ours: AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Grok, AI model providers, email accounts, Stripe, and advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and Telegram. You use them with your own accounts, under their own terms, and you pay them directly. Your AigoPilot plan does not include AI usage, advertising budgets or any other outside fees. We are independent software and are not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.

8. What you are responsible for

AI coding agents can change files, run commands and act in the accounts you connect. AigoPilot helps you watch over them and asks before sensitive steps, but you decide what they do and you are responsible for the result. Keep backups of work that matters.

You are also responsible for what you publish, post, advertise and send with AigoPilot, including following the rules on marketing email, advertising and privacy that apply to you and to the platforms you use.

9. Your data

Your projects and business data stay on your computer. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the website and how we use it.

10. Changes to the app

We improve AigoPilot over time, and features may change. If we remove something central to what you paid for, we will tell you, and you can cancel. The outside services AigoPilot works with can change or stop without warning, and that is outside our control.

11. No warranty

We work hard to make AigoPilot reliable, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will fit a particular purpose.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using AigoPilot and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or is not paid. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we will email you before they take effect. If you keep using AigoPilot after that, the new terms apply.

15. Referral program

Every AigoPilot account has a referral code and a referral link, shown on the Referrals page of your account. Taking part is free and optional.

• For the buyer. Someone buying a plan for the first time with a referral code gets the discount shown at checkout, taken off their first payment only. A yearly plan then renews at its full price. One code can be used on a purchase, and nobody can use their own code.
• For you. You earn a commission on what the buyer actually pays, after the discount and before any tax. Your rate is shown on your Referrals page. It is the rate that was in force when you created your account, and we will not lower it for as long as you remain in the program. Accounts created later may be offered a different rate. Commission is paid on every payment the buyer makes for an AigoPilot plan: the first one and each yearly renewal, for as long as you remain in the program. Plugin purchases are excluded: no commission is paid on SearchPlan credits, on a Social Studio subscription or on any other plugin purchase, and a referral code gives no discount on them.
• Holding period and refunds. Each commission is held for the period shown on your Referrals page before it can be paid, in case the payment is refunded or disputed. If a payment is refunded in full or in part, the commission on it is cancelled or reduced to match. If that commission was already paid to you, the difference is taken off your next payout.
• Payouts. We pay by hand, in US dollars, to the PayPal account or bank details you give on your Referrals page, once your available balance reaches the minimum shown there. Fees your bank or PayPal charges you to receive the money are yours, and so is any tax on what you earn. We may delay or refuse a payout where the law does not allow us to make it.
• Fair play. You may not buy through your own code, including from another account you control, promote AigoPilot with spam or misleading claims, present yourself as AigoPilot or Doment Digital FZE LLC, or bid on our name in paid search ads. Nothing is owed on commission earned this way.
• Our right to end a partnership. We may end your participation in the referral program at any time, with or without giving a reason, by telling you by email or on your Referrals page. From then on your code gives no discount and earns nothing new. Commission already earned on genuine sales is still paid under these rules, unless we ended your participation because of fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms; in that case commission not yet paid is cancelled. Ending your participation does not affect your plan or your account.
• Changes to the program. We may change the buyer discount, the holding period and the minimum payout, or close the program altogether, at any time. A change applies from the moment it is made and never takes away commission already earned. Closing the program ends everyone's participation on the terms above.

16. Plugins

The Marketplace of the studio lists plugins, which are tools that run inside AigoPilot, and names the maker of each. The plugins named as made by AigoPilot Labs are ours: you buy them from Doment Digital FZE LLC, under these terms. A plugin is not part of the yearly or the lifetime plan. Some plugins are free. The paid ones are sold on their own, in the same countries and with the same checks as the plans (section 2), and the prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply. A plugin shown as in development is not in the app yet, and nothing is sold for it.

• SearchPlan credits. SearchPlan is paid for in credits, and one credit is one report. Credits are sold in packs: 1 credit for $9, 5 for $35, 15 for $90 or 50 for $250 USD. From the Japanese site the packs are ¥1,400, ¥5,600, ¥14,300 and ¥39,800, tax included. A pack is a single payment, taken by Stripe when you buy it. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Credits do not expire, and a new pack adds to the credits you already have. The first report of an account with a verified email address is free, once, and it is not given again for the same email address. A report that fails, or that is stopped before it is delivered, returns its credit.
• Social Studio subscription. Social Studio is a subscription at $19 USD a month or $160 USD a year. From the Japanese site it is ¥3,000 a month or ¥25,000 a year, tax included. Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and again at the start of each new month or year. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. There is no free trial. You can cancel at any time on the Social Studio page of your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the subscription stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Until that date you can take the cancellation back on the same page.
• Chat Agent. Chat Agent is sold as a subscription per website: $9 USD a month or $90 USD a year for each site, and from the Japanese site ¥1,400 a month or ¥14,300 a year, tax included. One subscription covers one website, with its subdomains. Each site's subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and there is no free trial. You cancel a site by itself on the Chat Agent page of your account, and a cancelled site keeps its chat until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. The chat runs on our server, which stores the names, the email addresses and the messages of your site's visitors. You decide what your visitors are told about that, and telling them is your responsibility. We keep that data for you, to run your site's chat and for nothing else. Each site includes a starting allowance of the assistant's AI answers, given once: it does not come back with a renewal, with a change of plan or when the same website is subscribed again. After it, the assistant runs only on your own OpenAI API key, under OpenAI's terms and at your cost, and without a key it stops answering your visitors until you set one. When a site's subscription ends, its chat no longer shows on the site. Its conversations are kept for 30 days and then deleted, and subscribing again for that site within those 30 days brings them back.
• Refunds. The 14 days of section 4 are for the plans of the studio; a plugin purchase has its own terms. A credit pack is not refundable once it has been paid, and a Social Studio payment is not refundable once its billing period has started, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. Where we do refund a credit pack, only the credits of that pack that have not been used are taken back.
• Payments from other countries. If the card or the billing address of a plugin payment turns out to be from a country we do not sell to, we refund the payment. A credit pack paid that way adds no credits, and a subscription started that way is cancelled.
• No referral commission. A plugin purchase earns no referral commission, and a referral code gives no discount on it (section 15).
• Your own AI subscription. Inside the studio, whatever a plugin asks of an AI model is done by your own Claude Code, Codex or Grok subscription, the one you choose for the project. That subscription is not ours to provide, and no plugin price includes it: you hold it with its provider, under the provider's terms, and the work a plugin does counts against it. When it is signed out or at its limit, the plugin's work waits or stops. The one exception is Chat Agent, as said above: its answers to your site's visitors are written on our server.
• Your own accounts and keys. Plugins work with other services through accounts and keys that are yours: Google (Search Console, Analytics and YouTube), Bing Webmaster Tools, Instagram, Telegram and ElevenLabs. You use each of them under its own terms, and you pay it directly where it charges. Section 7 applies to them, and section 8 applies to what a plugin publishes or sends for you.
