Chat Agent, a plugin for AigoPilot
A chat on your site
that knows your product.
Put a chat button on your product's website: an AI answers your visitors from what you write about your product, and hands the conversation to you when a person is needed.
You add one tag to your website. A chat button then sits in the corner of every page. A visitor types a name, an email address and a question, in any language, and an AI answers from what you wrote about your product. It answers from that and from nothing else: when it does not know, it says so and offers a person.
The studio writes that knowledge base with you, from the project itself, on your own Claude Code, Codex or Grok subscription, and uploads it. The answers to your visitors are written on our server, so the chat answers while your computer is off.
When a visitor asks for a person, the conversation comes to you in the studio and in the AigoPilot app on your iPhone, with a short summary and how urgent it looks. You answer in your language and the visitor reads it in theirs. If the visitor has already left, your answer goes to them by email.

What it needs
- Download the current Windows studio, including Chat Agent, from your member profile. An active studio plan is required, and the download becomes available two days after buying AigoPilot. The link is also emailed when it is due. The studio does not update itself; use the current installer to update an older studio.
- A website you can add one script tag to. One subscription covers one website, with its subdomains.
- Claude Code, Codex or Grok signed in to one of your own subscriptions, for writing the knowledge base in the studio.
- An aigopilot.com account with a Chat Agent subscription for the site, linked to the studio.
- Your own OpenAI API key, once the one-time starting allowance of AI answers is used. You can set it from the start, so the assistant never stops.
- For answering on the phone: the AigoPilot app on your iPhone, paired with your studio.
What it costs
Chat Agent is a subscription of its own, apart from your plan of the studio, and it is charged per site: $9 a month or $90 a year for each website you put the chat on.

The yearly plan costs $18 less over a year than paying monthly.
New Chat Agent subscriptions are currently unavailable.
- Each site is monthly or yearly by itself and is cancelled by itself. A cancelled site keeps its chat until the end of the period paid for.
- There is no free trial.
- Each site comes with a one-time starting allowance of about 1,000 AI answers that is on us. It is given once and does not come back with a new month or a renewal. After it, the assistant runs only on your own OpenAI API key, and what OpenAI charges for that is paid to OpenAI. Without a key the assistant rests once the allowance is used, and your visitors are offered a person instead.
- When a site's subscription ends, the chat no longer shows on that site, and the page itself is not affected. Its conversations are kept for 30 days, so subscribing again within that time brings them back.
How to get it
- Download the current Windows studio, including Chat Agent, from your member profile. An active studio plan is required, and the download becomes available two days after buying AigoPilot. The link is also emailed when it is due. The studio does not update itself; use the current installer to update an older studio.
- In the studio, open Marketplace, then Chat Agent, and link it to your aigopilot.com account.
- Subscribe for one site on the Chat Agent page of your account. Choose monthly or yearly for that site.
- Return to the studio, create the site and its knowledge base, set your own OpenAI API key now or later, and paste the site's script tag into your website.

Whose AI answers my visitors?
The answers are written on our server with OpenAI's models. A one-time starting allowance of them is on us, for each site. After it, the assistant runs only on your own OpenAI API key, which you set in the studio. The knowledge base it answers from is written in the studio on your own Claude Code, Codex or Grok subscription.
Does my computer have to be on?
No. The chat runs on our server, and a handed-off chat can be answered from the AigoPilot app on your iPhone.
Where are my visitors' messages kept?
On our server, so that you can read and answer them: the name and the email address a visitor types, and the messages of the chat. You decide what your visitors are told about that on your own site. Our privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
Who makes Chat Agent?
AigoPilot Labs. It runs inside the current AigoPilot studio and is sold per site on aigopilot.com.
