Getting started
Install, set up and meet the studio window.

Projects and sessions
Add projects, start and continue sessions, find any conversation.
- Adding a projectA project is a folder. Add it once and its sessions, counts and settings sit on one card.
- Project cards: what each one tells youEach card in the projects column is a small report, so you can read a project without opening it.
- The nine session statesA session is working, waiting, finished, held by a limit, stopped, idle or archived, and each one looks different.
- The list of what is waiting for youOne column at the right edge holds everything that needs you, from every project and every computer.
- Sessions you started in VS Code or a terminalSessions from other programs are already in the list. The studio reads them and leaves them alone until you bring one in.
- Starting a new sessionA new session needs one thing from you, a name. The rest is chosen in the prompt box.
- Continuing an earlier sessionThere is no Continue button. Write in the old session and it goes on from its last line.
- Running several sessions at once VideoStart the next job while the first one runs. The studio tells you which session has stopped for you.
- Rename, pin and archive sessionsThree small marks keep a long list of sessions usable: a good name, a pin, and an archive.
- Searching every conversation VideoThe search box looks inside the conversations, so one word you remember is enough to find a session.
- Columns, folding and where the studio reopensSet the columns once. The studio opens the next time exactly as you left it.
Working inside a session
The prompt box, steps, changes, context and handovers.
- The prompt boxThe box under every session remembers what you wrote, shrinks big pictures, and holds your next prompts in line.
- Stopping a sessionStop gently, stop at once, or close the session and everything it started, and know what happens to the prompts in line.
- Watching a session workSee what a session did, what it is doing now, and whether a quiet one is busy or stuck.
- Answering permission cards and questionsA session that needs you stops at a card. Here is what is on it and what each button does.
- Model, effort and plan modeThe row under the prompt box decides who answers and how hard they think; plan mode makes them plan first.
- Slash commandsThe tool's own commands, asked of the tool in your project's folder, listed as you type.
- What a session changedA list of the files the session itself changed, line by line, and a way back when it edits its own rules.
- Links and files an answer namesNames in an answer are not dead text. A click opens the file from the computer the session runs on.
- The instruction files behind a sessionCLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md and settings files shape a session. The studio lists them and warns when one changed behind your back.
- The context bar: what is filling the windowKnow what is filling a session's memory, and act before the window is full.
- Continue in a fresh session with a handoverOne click opens a new session that already knows the goal, the decisions and the next step.
- The suggested next promptAfter a turn the tool may offer its own idea of your next prompt. You take it with Tab, or ignore it.
- Helpers and sub-agentsChoose whether work handed to helpers stays inside a session or stands in your list, and read helpers under their parent.
- Replies in your language and scriptReplies in one of 21 languages, kept apart from the language of the window, with right to left text handled by paragraph.
Claude Code, Codex and Grok
Three tools, several subscriptions, and moving a project between them.
- Claude Code, Codex and Grok in one studioSessions of all three tools share one list, one waiting column and one permission system, and each runs through its own official program.
- Using several subscriptions for one toolEach account is a folder of one tool with its own sign-in. Each project picks one account per tool, and a session keeps its own.
- Who is signed in, and who paysThe Accounts window asks each tool who is signed in, and every session says whether a subscription or a key pays for it.
- Move a project to another AI VideoA project begun with one tool goes on with another in a fresh session that knows the story so far. The old session is left as it was.
- Shared project rules and context for every tool VideoThe rules move into AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md names that file in one line, and the studio shows the whole change before it writes anything.
- Codex in the studioA Codex session streams while it works, asks the studio before each command, and shows its limits in the title bar like Claude does.
- Grok in the studioGrok sessions are read and run from the studio, and every tool call goes through the same permission modes as Claude Code and Codex.
Permissions and safety
What a session may do without asking, and how to change it.
- The four permission modesFully safe, Medium, Full access or Custom: pick how much a session may do before it has to ask you.
- The thirteen permission groupsEvery request of a session falls into one group, and a mode is a list of which groups go through by themselves.
- How the studio reads a command before it runsThe studio follows pipes, loops and names to the files a command really touches, and takes the careful side where it cannot tell.
- Guarding sessions you start outside AigoPilotSessions begun elsewhere stay that program's until you bring them in, and a small hook program lets the studio see when they wait for you.
Usage, limits and the cache
See your limits as a percent, and the cache countdown.
- Your limits in the title barThe top bar shows the fullest limit of each tool, as the tool itself reports it, and says unknown where it does not know.
- The usage pagePercent of the limit comes first, dollars come after it and are marked as value at API prices that were not charged to you.
- The cache countdown and the reminderSend the next message while the cache is alive, and a conversation of any size costs only the message.
- When you hit a usage limitA Claude Code session can go on by itself a minute after the limit resets, and you choose per project whether it should.
Saving tokens
Send less, pay less: files as text, handovers, smaller contexts.
- Where tokens go and how AigoPilot saves them VideoThe studio cannot make a model use fewer tokens. It shows where they go and takes away a few habits that waste them.
- Attach documents: PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as textA file becomes text on your computer before any model sees it, and the box shows its tokens before and after.
Alerts and reminders
Be told when a session finishes or needs you.
- The alerts column and the newsOne column that gathers everything the studio noticed while you were busy, most serious first.
- Windows notifications, sound and quiet hoursChoose when a session may interrupt you, what the notice reveals, and when it must stay silent.
- Alerts to your own Telegram botYour own bot, your own chat, and notes that never contain the conversation or code.
- Reminders for things only you can doA short list for the things no session can do for you, with due ones brought to the alerts column.
Your computer's health
Processor, memory, leftovers and background programs.
- Processor, memory and programs a session left behindFind out which session slows your machine, and close what an ended session left running.
- Background workers of your projectsEvery background program of a project in one list, with its state, and changes only on your click.
- Staying awake, starting with Windows, tray and backupsHow the studio keeps working when you close the window, and what it asks Windows to do.
Other computers
Run sessions on a Mac or a second PC, and carry a project there.
- Working on another computer VideoThe studio stays on your main PC while another computer does the work.
- Setting up a Mac as an agentMake a Mac one of the computers of your studio, with nothing typed in a terminal.
- Setting up a second Windows PCThe agent is the studio program started in a mode with no project list, only an engine and a small window.
- Pairing two computers with six digitsSix digits shown on one computer and typed on the other are the only step.
- Reaching your computers from another networkA short code takes the place of an address when the other computer is somewhere else.
- Installing Claude Code and Codex on another computerOne yes installs the AI tools; the sign-in stays yours.
- Carrying a whole project to another computerA checked copy that never changes the original, with its AI sessions and what it needs to run.
The iPhone app
Pair a phone, answer from anywhere, work away from home.
- The iPhone app: what it does VideoSee your sessions from anywhere and answer the one that is waiting, while the work stays on your computer.
- Pairing your iPhone with the studioShow six digits in the studio, give them to the app, and the phone holds its own key for that studio.
- Using the iPhone app away from home VideoAt home the phone talks to your computer directly. Away, it meets the studio at a relay, with nothing to set up.
- Prompts, permissions and changes from your phoneKeep a session moving from your phone: the next prompt, the permission, the stop and the new session.
- iPhone notices, sounds and quietA short notice when a session needs you, with the sounds chosen on the phone and only the project's name on the lock screen.
Files and voice
Attach documents, type by voice, find sessions by speaking.
Email and support
Mailboxes for each project, and bug reports that become fixes.
- Mailboxes for each projectEach project gets its own mailboxes, collected in one column with a priority on every email.
- Reading, tagging and answering emailThe AI sorts and weighs the mail, and you write and send every answer yourself.
- Support to fix: from a bug report to a code fix VideoA bug report becomes a screened fault, one click opens a session that fixes it, and the reply waits for your send.
Marketplace and plugins
SearchPlan, Social Studio and the free site tools.
- The Marketplace and plugins VideoPlugins add tools for the business around your product, each naming its maker and its price.
- SearchPlan: keyword research for your projectKeyword research for your project, ending in a report and a ready prompt for a session.
- Social Studio: posts, carousels and videosPosts in your own brand, approved by you, published to your own accounts at your times.
- Free site tools: Bing, Search Console and AnalyticsVerify the site, hand over the sitemap, send new pages for indexing and get a daily review.

Troubleshooting
When something does not look right.
- Reporting a problemWhere to write, what to put in, and what to keep out.
- Windows SmartScreen and antivirus warningsThe installer is not signed yet, so Windows warns about it. Here is how to check it and get past the warning.
- A session does not show up, or shows the wrong stateSeven checks, in the order they are most often the cause.
- A computer says it is out of reachThe line is retried by itself. Here is what to check while you wait.
- A tool is missing or asks you to sign inThe studio installs on your yes and opens the tool's own sign-in. It never sees what you type there.
