Plans, your account and the referral program

You buy AigoPilot on aigopilot.com, in your account area at aigopilot.com/app. There are two plans: Yearly at 49 USD a year, and Lifetime at 99 USD once. There is no monthly plan. The AI subscriptions you use inside the studio are paid to their makers, separately.

This page says what the account area holds, how each plan works, how a free code and the referral program fit in, and how to cancel.

Your account

Sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple, where each one is switched on. Signing in creates the account the first time. Any way in that gives the same verified email opens the same account, and your purchase stays with that email. The account area has these pages:

• Profile: your plan, the date you became a member, and the state of your download link.
• Billing: the payment method, your invoices, and a button to manage billing at Stripe.
• Plans: where you choose and pay.
• Referrals: your referral code and link, and what you have earned.

The two plans

Both give the same studio. Lifetime costs a little more than two years of Yearly (98 USD), so it pays off only if you keep using the studio for longer than that. If we ever change the yearly price, we write to you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

Before payment you are asked which country you are buying from, because sales are open in sixteen countries for now. If yours is not on the list, you can leave an email to hear when it opens. Payment goes through Stripe. Pages in Japanese show yen prices. Payments from a country that is not on the list are refunded.

The studio does not ask for a licence key and does not check your plan today. The plan decides whether you get the download link and what the account area shows.

After you pay

We email the download link to your account's address two days after the purchase. If it does not come, check the spam folder. The Profile page shows the date it is due and, later, the date it was sent. Then follow installing AigoPilot.

A free code

Some people receive a free code from us, for example a reviewer. Type it in the code field on the plans page. It opens your account area at once, with no payment page and from any country. A free Yearly plan lasts one year and does not renew. A free Lifetime plan does not end. The Billing page says so, and shows no card and no invoices for it.

The referral program

Every account has a referral code, with or without a plan. A person who buys with your code or your link pays less on the first payment, 5 percent at the time of writing, and your link is remembered for 60 days. You earn 30 percent of each payment they make for a plan, yearly renewals included, and nothing on plugin purchases. Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund, and paid by hand once your balance reaches 50 USD. You cannot use your own code. The rate you see is fixed for your account when it is made. Cancel, refunds, and plugins

On the Billing page, press Manage billing. It opens Stripe's secure page, where you change your card or cancel the renewal of a Yearly plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the year you paid for. Lifetime has nothing to cancel.

Changed your mind? Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (the first Yearly payment or the Lifetime payment), write to [email protected] and we refund it in full, once per customer. After 14 days there is no refund, and a renewal of the Yearly plan is not refundable: cancel the renewal before it happens instead. A refund ends the licence at once on every computer. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to [email protected]. Plugins in the Marketplace are sold separately, are not part of either plan, and have refund terms of their own.
