Reporting a problem

Where to write, what to put in, and what to keep out.

If something in AigoPilot does not work, or a page of this guide is wrong, write to us. A report that says which program, which version and what you saw can usually be answered in one reply. This page lists where to write and what to put in.

Where to write

For a charge, an invoice or a card, start from the Billing page of your account (see plans and your account), then write to the same address if it does not answer your question.

What to put in

Say which program you use: the studio on Windows, the AigoPilot Agent on a Mac or a second Windows computer, or the iPhone app. Then give these, as far as you can:

  1. What you did, step by step, in the order you did it.
  2. What you expected, and what happened instead. Quote any message in full.
  3. The build. In the studio, open Settings, then Computers: the line This studio: version gives the version and the time of the build. The agent's own window shows it as Version, with the build time and a short code.
  4. Which tool was involved (Claude Code, Codex or Grok), and its version as the setup page lists it.
  5. Which computer the session or project was on, if you have paired more than one.
  6. A screenshot. It helps more than a description.

What to leave out

Do not send a password, a token, a cookie or an API key. AigoPilot never needs one, and neither do we. A screenshot of the studio shows project names, prompts and answers, so crop it or cover what is private before you send it.

A problem with the tool itself

Some problems are in the tool and not in the studio: Claude Code, Codex or Grok gives a wrong answer, stops at its own error, or says nobody is signed in. Still write, and say what the tool printed. We can tell you whether the studio is involved. For the common cases, read these first:
