The words of a post and the kinds of content

Decide how the words of a post read, and what a plan may hold, before the AI writes.

Social Studio lets you decide how the words of a post read before the AI writes them: how long they are, whether they carry emoji, and whether they link to the page of your site that describes the feature. You also choose which kinds of content a plan may hold, such as tutorials, tips or a changelog, so the ideas fit what you want to publish.

Partly built. Both came with the build of 30 October 2026. They were seen working in a test of the page, and not yet in a real window with a real AI subscription.

Set the words for a project

  1. Open Social Studio and pick the Project.
  2. On the Content plan tab, find the card Words of a post.
  3. Under Length, choose Short, Medium or Long. You can change At least and At most after that.
  4. Under Emoji, leave No emoji at all, or choose A few (one or two), Some or Many.
  5. Turn on Put the link of the feature's page in the words if each post should link to its feature's page.

Short is 100 to 250 characters, medium 250 to 600 and long 600 to 900. Medium is the default. The limit always stays under 1,024 characters, so a Telegram text still fits under its picture. The settings bind the Telegram text, and the Instagram caption and YouTube description of a post that goes there. A title and alt text never carry emoji, and neither do the beats of a video.

Change them on one post

The post's editor has the same card. Choose This post's own and change any field; the others stay As the project. Use the project's settings takes the post back. When you save new words yourself, the same checks run on them.

On the Product tab, each feature can have the address of the page of your site that describes it. The studio proposes one when it reads your site, and you can correct it. With the link switch on, the post's words carry that address exactly as written, and a post without it cannot be approved. If the feature has no page yet, the card says so and you write the address on the post. With the switch off, no feature page is written, and your site's own address stays in the call to action.

When the AI misses the settings

The AI is told the settings before it writes. Words that miss them are given back once, on their own, without drawing the pictures again, and the new words are kept only when they have fewer faults. A length or an emoji count still outside your settings shows as a warning in the post's checks. A missing link that you asked for is a failure.

Kinds of content

Under Kinds of content, switch on one or more: New feature, Tutorial, Tips, What is new in a version, Behind the scenes, Poll, Use case, Offer or discount, Event or webinar and frequently asked questions. The planner proposes only the kinds that are on, and each idea shows its Kind, which you can change. With none on, it mixes them as before.

Two limits are plain. An offer needs an approved price on the Product tab, or it is left out and the page says why. A real Telegram poll is not built, so a poll is a question people answer in the comments and is never planned or sent to Telegram. A changelog or an event states only the versions and dates your product facts give.

Questions

Are emoji used by default?

No. Emoji are off by default, which means none at all. You turn them on for a project or a post.

Can Social Studio post a Telegram poll?

No. A real Telegram poll is not built, so a poll is never planned or sent to Telegram.
